Yesterday I had my Rostered Day Off (RDO) - this is the one day off per month I gain for working an extra 20 minutes each day. RDOs are just wonderful. A weekday off from work to get errands run, laundry done or, in my case, 2010 blog entries into the site's new database.

I'm not going to talk about the website - you can already see things are changing (and will continue to change as it gets knocked into shape). I'm not going to talk about why I took the site down or why I deleted all the entries or any of that stuff.

In the age-old way, when I wasn't actively blogging I had hundreds of ideas and today, when I can blog I have no ideas at all. But I also know that next month, when I'm failing at NaNoWhImO for the eighth year in a row, I may well have tons of words for the blog and none for my November novel.

See? I (maybe) know how to milk some (of the many) of my short-comings!
