OK. Long time no hear and when you do I moan. How is it that the project I have been working on for the last 2 years has been "almost there", as far as the client is concerned, for the last 9 months. Scope creep doesn't seem to be part of the vocabulary, and as soon as the client thinks some functionality is needed I get the message "...could you just......". -- Just -- is a funny word. Now, after all of this time, it has connotations of "it's a LOT of work, will extend the project by at LEAST two months, and the costs for it should be included as part of that last payment made (which, incidentally didn't cover the costs of the last set of work)."
