A variation on the rare lamb salad. It might sound a little unusal but believe me, strawberries and red onions go together. And for a change I used baby spinach leaves - they're so buttery. Dressed in homemade balsamic/olive oil dressing - this is nice n' summery, fast and easy. Hmm.. that lamb is so rare - warm and tender.. perfection.Long night end to a long week..
