Rare Lamb and strawberries
A variation on the rare lamb salad. It might sound a little unusal but believe me, strawberries and red onions go together. And for a change I used baby spinach leaves - they're so buttery. Dressed in homemade balsamic/olive oil dressing - this is nice n' summery, fast and easy. Hmm.. that lamb is so rare - warm and tender.. perfection.Looks questionable
Never mind what it looks like, and we all know what parmesan cheese can remind us of but Oh, the aroma coming from this parmesan sprinkled bowl of goodness with its tomatoes and onions, and plump mushrooms. Top it off with black pepper and fork in!
